Users expressly authorize Fish4Me to collect, record and handle computationally or not your personal data necessary for the requested contact. The treatment is done either directly or through companies that can be contracted for this purpose, with a view to achieving the contact.

It is clearly understood that all the collected data are essential for the completion of the requested user contact. The Fish4Me undertakes, in any case, to respect the confidentiality of the data provided by users and to treat them in strict compliance with the legal protection of personal data system.

(H) Right to complaint with the CNPD, which is the right to submit, without prejudice to any other means of administrative or judicial appeal, a complaint to a supervisory authority, particularly in the Member State of their habitual residence, his workplace or the place where the offense was allegedly committed, if the data subject finds that the processing of personal data concerning him violates the data Protection General (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and other relevant national legislation In Portugal the supervisory authority is the National Data Protection Commission.
